Q1.Why do I not receive the registration code e-mail after purchase?

Under general circumstances, the platform will send you a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details,registration information and download URL within one hour once you placed an order.

Please confirm if the order was placed successfully and ensure that you typed the correct email address.Also, please check the SPAM folder in case it has been tagged as SPAM.

If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail even after 12 hours, this could be caused by the internet problem or system glitches. Please contact our Support Team and provide your order email, order ID or order receipt. We will reply within 48 hours.

Q2.Why is the registration code received invalid?

The registration code is sent by platform once an order is validated. Actually, it is valid as we've tested thousand times before publish without any problem.

If you get the message said the registration info is invalid,please make sure you’re using the licensed e-mail and registration code in your confirmation order. And please use copy&paste method to enter the License and don’t leave trailing blank.

  • 1.You should use the provided Licensed e-mail to register, NOT your own e-mail address.
  • 2.You'd better copy&paste directly to the proper text boxes in the register window as both License Email and Code are case sensitive.
